This is awesome.  I too signed up for a cross country tour with Women Tours and will be doing the UGRR tour from Mobile, AL to Ontario on the Lake, Canada starting May 9th.  I'm very worried about the training so I think your working with someone is great.  I would love to find someone in my area, how did you locate Hank Lange?  

I've gotten 1 10 mile ride outdoors this year but have continued to run and ride the recumbent exercise bike.  Plan to put my trainer into play on 2/1.  Am also considering whether to replace my secondhand bianchi that I purchased 8 years ago.
